Problem:
Teams often receive attachments with generic names, making them hard to organize, search, and track. Manual filing wastes time and creates confusion.

Solution:
I developed a Make.com workflow that improves document handling with AI:

-Monitors Gmail for new attachments.

-Uses ChatGPT to analyze file content and generate descriptive filenames.

-Stores renamed files in a structured Google Drive folder.

-Logs metadata in Google Sheets (timestamp, original vs. new name, file type, and link).

-Sends a summary email after processing (optional).

Outcome:
This project shows how automation can bring order to file management, ensuring consistent naming, faster retrieval, and cleaner storage—all without manual effort.
