Onboarding new clients often involves repetitive tasks like creating folders, linking files, and sending follow-up emails. These manual steps slow down collaboration and increase the risk of errors.

Solution:
I designed a Zapier workflow that demonstrates how onboarding can be automated:

-Creates a Google Drive folder whenever a lead is marked “Ready to Start” in Asana.

-Adds a subtask in Asana with the folder link for quick access.

-Sends personalized welcome and follow-up emails based on lead status.

-Delivers tailored service recommendations with multiple variations.
